Organisation (ISRO) – U R RAO Satellite Central (URSC) has recently circulated
new job notification for Technician, Draughtsman, Technical Assistant, Library
Assistant, Scientific Assistant, Hindi-Typist, Catering Attendant, Cook,
Fireman, Light Vehicle Driver & Heavy Vehicle Driver Posts.

Qualification:
1. Technician
SSLC/SSC/Matriculation + ITI/NTC/NAC in(Various Technician
trade) from NCVT.
2. Draughtsman
SSLC/SSC/Matriculation + ITI/NTC/NAC in Draughtsman
Mechanical trade from NCVT.
3. Technical Assistant
First Class Diploma in ((Various Branch Engineering) from a
recognized State Board.
4. Library Assistant
Graduate + First Class Master's degree in Library Science /
Library & Information Science or Equivalent from recognized
University/Institution.
5. Scientific Assistant
First-Class Graduate in BSc (Chemistry, Physics, Animation
& Multimedia, Electronics) from a recognized University/ Institution.
6. Hindi-Typist
Graduation in /Arts/ Science/ Commerce/ Management/ Computer
Applications with First Class as declared by the University.
The candidate should have studied Hindi as one of the
subjects at Matriculation/ Degree level or passed either of these examinations
in Hindi Medium.
Hindi typing on the computer with 25 words per minute speed.
Knowledge in the use of computers.
Knowledge in English typewriting (desirable qualification).
7. Catering Attendant
SSLC/SSC Pass or it's equivalent.
8. Cook
SSLC/SSC Pass or it's equivalent.
05 years experience in a similar capacity as a cook in a
Well Established Hotel/ canteen.
Experience Certificates from individuals will not be
accepted.
9. Fireman
SSLC/SSC Pass or it's equivalent.
Should satisfy the prescribed physical fitness standards and
endurance test standards. (Please refer para 7 "Selection Process"
for further details)
10. Light Vehicle Driver
SSLC/SSC Pass or it's equivalent.
03 years experience as Light Vehicle Driver.
Must possess valid LVD licence.
Any other requirement of the Motor Vehicle Act of Karnataka
State should be met within 3 months from the date of joining the post.
Total prescribed experience should be after obtaining a
valid Driving licence.
Experience Certificate should only be from
Government/Semi-Government agencies/Registered Companies/ Societies/ Trusts,
etc. Experience Certificates from individuals will not be accepted.
Part-time experience will not be considered for calculation
of a number of years of experience.
Candidate should possess the requisite qualification,
experience and requirement of public service badge as on the last date of
receipt of online application.
11. Heavy Vehicle Driver
SSLC/SSC Pass or it's equivalent.
05 years experience, out of which minimum of 03 years as
Heavy Vehicle Driver and the balance period driving experience of a light motor
vehicle.
Must possess valid HVD licence and Public Service Badge, if
statutory (In case Public Service Badge is not mandatory in any State, a
candidate from such State(s) should meet this requirement within 3 months of
joining the post in Karnataka).
Total prescribed experience should be after obtaining a
valid Driving licence.
Experience Certificate should only be from Government/Semi-Government
agencies/Registered Companies/ Societies/ Trusts, etc. Experience Certificates
from individuals will not be accepted.
Part-time experience will not be considered for calculation
of a number of years of experience.
Departmental LVDs who meet the norms are eligible to
compete, if they so desire, along with external candidates.
Candidate should possess the requisite qualification,
experience and requirement of public service badge as on the last date of

Rs.250 for Male UR/ OBC/ EWS candidates and no fee for SC/

Selection Process:
ISRO will recruit the aspirants via Written test & Skill
Test.
